Routine Tasks: Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness Take and fulfill custom/special orders from customers Accurately package, label, and price self-service items Operate bakery equipment safely, including ovens, knives, bread slicers, scales, and other Bakery equipment Assist with other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Prior bakery or food preparation experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and visual presentation Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude A passion for serving people Physical & Work Environment A Bakery Associate works primarily in the Bakery department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Frequent interaction with customers and fellow team members is an essential part of the role.
