About the Role As an Aviation Shipper & Receiver, you’re the final checkpoint before our products reach customers. You’ll ensure parts are packaged correctly, documentation is accurate, and shipments meet both customer and aviation industry standards. If you enjoy hands?on work, organizing details, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Carefully pack and ship merchandise following company and aviation industry procedures Ensure all parts are preserved and protected to prevent damage Review customer requirements and ATA SPEC 300 packaging guidelines Create accurate shipping documentation, including air waybills Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipment timelines Ensure all required documents accompany each shipment Upload images and documents related to each sales order into our system Communicate with the Pre?Ship team to solve issues quickly Assist with special projects as needed What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Experience with domestic and international shipping regulations Familiarity with carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
