Our mid sized law firm in downtown Miami is seeking a skilled attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience to join its insurance litigation team. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow in a collaborative, in-office setting, with partnership opportunities available for the right candidate. The firm handles a wide range of insurance-related matters including first-party and third-party coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, coverage opinions, and policy analysis. We are looking for an attorney who is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong litigation knowledge—even if you haven’t spent time in the courtroom.
