Backend Software Engineer - Direct Hire, Full TimeFincons HQ: Miami, Florida, United States Remote job - Apr 25We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Developer to join our team, focusing on delivering data-driven solutions for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, back-end development skills, and a passion for helping SMBs leverage data to drive growth and efficiency. Language preferred but not required: Russian. (Direct hire / work from home)Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions using tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Build and manage back-end systems to support data pipelines, including data ingestion, storage, and processing (e.g., using databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or APIs).
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Create and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide SMBs with real-time insights into their operations, sales, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize data processes, workflows, and back-end infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability for resource-constrained SMBs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Provide training and support to SMB clients on interpreting and using analytics tools effectively.Qualifications:

• Languages: English (Required), Russian (Preferred but not required)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated back-end development skills (e.g., building data pipelines, managing databases, working with APIs).
• Proven experience working with SMBs, understanding their unique challenges and resource constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with back-end technologies like Python, SQL, Node.js, or similar for data processing and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
