Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst - Oracle Cloud
Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on
Payroll
Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and collaborate with Oracle
support for resolution
Collect, clean, and analyze HR and Payroll data to support metrics
and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting
Oracle Cloud HCM applications
At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically supporting
Oracle Cloud Payroll for North America
Proficient in key Oracle tools and technologies, including Fast
Formulas and BI Publisher
Understanding of US and Canada payroll laws, tax regulations, and
compliance standards
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
