Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor Location: The Club at Weston Hills - Weston, FL The Club at Weston Hills , located in the breathtaking landscapes of Weston, FL, is renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and outstanding food and beverage services. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service. Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards. Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team. Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies. Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste. Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events. Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
