Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language
pathology services to students ranging from preschool through high
school. The role involves working within a school setting to
support students in grades K-12, including middle and high school
levels, with speech and language development needs. You will
collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
develop and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance
communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in
students across preschool to high school age groups Develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school
staff and families Provide direct therapy services and monitor
student progress Consult with teachers and parents to support
students' communication needs in the classroom Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with school and state regulations
Qualifications: Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
License from the Department of Health is required Experience
working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
Ability to work effectively with students in grades K-12, including
middle and high school Strong communication and teamwork skills to
collaborate with school personnel and families Commitment to
supporting the developmental and academic growth of children with
communication challenges Location: Miami, FL Type: Contract,
Full-Time (35 hours per week) This position provides a rewarding
