Rate: $20-$24/hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Type:
Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team in West Palm
Beach. This is a 100% onsite position with the opportunity to
transition to permanent employment based on performance. The ideal
candidate is reliable, analytical, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment handling high-volume AR tasks. Key
Responsibilities Process customer payments (checks, ACH, credit
card, lockbox). Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
and overdue invoices. Perform collections outreach via phone and
email to ensure timely payment. Research and resolve payment
discrepancies, short-pays, and chargebacks. Prepare and distribute
AR aging reports to management. Post payments accurately into the
accounting system. Assist with month-end close activities related
to AR. Maintain organized, accurate customer records and
documentation. Communicate with internal departments to resolve
billing issues. Qualifications 2 years of Accounts Receivable
experience required. Strong understanding of AR processes including
collections and cash applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus). Experience with accounting software
(QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar). Excellent communication
skills and customer service mindset. High attention to detail and
accuracy. Ability to work independently and onsite Monday-Friday.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Search managed by: Nikki
