detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards
team. This role supports the day-to-day operations and execution of
compensation programs, leveraging the Korn Ferry methodology and
Workday to ensure consistency, internal equity, and data integrity

Responsibilities on the Team Conduct and document job evaluations
using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology, ensuring alignment and
consistency in job leveling across the organization. Perform job
matching and market benchmarking using salary surveys to support
compensation decisions and internal equity reviews. Manage
participation in salary surveys and analyze results to inform
market competitiveness. Support the execution of the Annual
Compensation cycle in Workday (e.g., merit increases, bonuses,
stock), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Maintain and
update compensation-related data in Workday, including job
profiles, salary grades, and audit reports. Generate compensation
reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to support HR decision-making.
Review and provide compensation recommendations for new hires,
promotions, and salary adjustments, balancing market data and
internal equity. Assist in preparing materials for compensation
reviews, internal audits, and compliance reporting. Monitor
compensation trends, legislative changes, and best practices to
support program competitiveness and compliance. Partner with the
Compensation Manager on a variety of projects, including program
analysis, and the implementation of compensation initiatives. Serve
as a resource on compensation-related matters, providing guidance
on policies and practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, another
related analytical field, or equivalent related experience. 1–2
years of experience in compensation, with a strong foundation in
data analysis, reporting, and working with quantitative data. Prior
experience with Workday compensation functionality is highly
desirable. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.);
experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of: Human
Resources principles and best practices in Compensation including
job analysis/evaluation. Applicable Federal, State, and local
rules, regulations and/or statutes. Research methods and data
analysis techniques. Customer service principles. Skill in:
Conducting studies and preparing sound recommendations. Analyzing
and interpreting policies, practices and procedures. Conducting
research, analyzing information and data and presenting findings in
a concise format. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the
Compensation Analyst to have the ability to operate computer
equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and
carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This description
