Registered Nurse with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Proven
experience in NICU nursing, with a strong understanding of neonatal

medical records and documentation standards in neonatal care
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in
the NICU, ensuring adherence to treatment plans Monitor vital signs
and respond to changes in patient condition promptly Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, respiratory
therapists, and social workers Educate and support families on
infant care and medical procedures Maintain accurate, detailed
